That’s the translation of the title of Makoto Aida’s retrospective exhibition at Mori Museum, in Roppongi. Metropolis magazine had an exclusive interview with the artist and I was privileged to photograph him there. Mr. Aida was also keen to provide us an illustration of his ater ego, Onigiri-mask man that we used for the cover.
For those ones who didn’t see his shocking and at the same time amusing works, Monument for Nothing (English title) goes until end of March, 2013.
